Surah Ma’idah, verse 17 (5:17) Allah (swt) says in translation: “For to Allah belongs the dominion of the Heavens and the Earth, and all that is between. He creates what He pleases. For Allah has power over all things.“ Another translation for the last phrase is “And Allah is Able to do all things.”
